Comic Five!

My plan for a Thursday update went right out the window, so it's here on Friday instead.
I'm not going to try and put four comics up next week, so it looks like this will be a
two-comic week, instead. It'll work out better for my sanity this way.
The good news is that my time in Photoshop may be coming down. This comic took four hours
after scanning, which is a welcome relief. I'm learning how to manipulate the scanned
images a little better, so I'm not spending so much time cleaning up my eraser-marks.
I am also learning that I hate backgrounds. I never know what to draw, and even worse, I
never know how to color it. I finally understand why so many comics just use a gradiant fill
behind the characters, it makes things so much simpler.
I also see that this is another comic in which my characters seem to float along, legless.
I never notice this until far into the process, and by then I don't feel like filling them
in. Rest assured, Our Heroes do indeed have legs and are not merely floating torsos.
